Dashboard Guide
Your ClimateNest dashboard is your central hub for managing reports, subscriptions, API keys, and account settings.
Accessing Your Dashboard
Sign in at climatenest.org/auth/signin. You can use:
Google SSO
Sign in with your Google account for one-click access. No separate password required.
Email & Password
Use the email and password you registered with. Reset your password via the login page if needed.
Dashboard Overview
After signing in, your dashboard shows a summary of your account: recent reports, remaining credits, subscription status, and quick-access links to key features. Navigation tabs along the top provide access to Reports, Subscription, Account Settings, and (for Enterprise users) the Enterprise tab.
Reports Tab
The Reports tab lists every climate risk report associated with your account.
View Reports
Click any report to open the full interactive view with risk scores, maps, and analysis.
Download PDFs
Download a branded PDF version of any report for offline sharing.
Comparison View
For multi-report packages, open the comparison view to see properties ranked side-by-side.
Re-run Reports
Request an updated report for any existing address to incorporate the latest climate data.
Subscription Management
The Subscription tab gives you full visibility and control over your plan.
Current Plan & Credits
See your active plan, reports remaining, and expiry date at a glance.
Upgrade or Downgrade
Switch plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Billing Portal
Access the Stripe billing portal to view past invoices, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription.
Account Settings
Profile Information
Update your display name, email address, and contact details.
Change Password
Update your password at any time from the Account Settings tab.
Notifications
Manage email notification preferences for report completions and billing alerts.
Enterprise Features
Enterprise customers see an additional tab in the dashboard with advanced features.
API Key Management
Generate new API keys, revoke compromised keys, and view the creation date and last used timestamp for each key.
White-Label Settings
Upload your company logo, configure primary and secondary brand colors, and preview white-labeled PDF reports before activating.
Usage Analytics
View API request volume, credit consumption over time, and per-key usage breakdowns.
API Playground
Test live API requests directly in your browser with your own API key. View request/response details in real time.
